OUR MISSION

To provide the best possible training and instruction for individuals seeking employment within the commercial helicopter industry. Specialized in custom flight training programs to transition students into the real-world commercial environment. Partnered with Access Helicopters our focus is to fill the training gap in the rotary wing world from 100 hr pilot to commercial pilot. Our instructors actively work in the industry to prepare students for much more than passing the commercial flight test.

Whether you are interested in starting your career as a helicopter pilot, or simply interested in what it takes to fly a helicopter, our FAM flight is your ticket!  You can sit in the pilot’s seat and experience hands on what it is like to fly a helicopter under the supervision of a professional flight instructor. Your instructor will explain the operational systems of the helicopter. Prior to your flight, you will receive a flight briefing outlining the official safety training on the Robinson R44.

Helicopter Training Academy offers scenic flights of Calgary area. Located just minutes from the Rocky Mountains our scenic tours offer awe-inspiring views of the surrounding Calgary area. We are able to provide a large selection of tours including:
